Full Time Sales Agent

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced real estate agent who is ready to grow their business within a supportive team environment. This role is ideal for an agent who values independence and collaboration.

Agent will have access to industry-leading tools, coaching, and resources.

Minimum Requirements

• Active New Jersey real estate license

• 3+ years of real estate experience

• $30,000+ in self-sourced GCI in 2025

• Highly motivated to produce self-generated leads

• Strong communication skills - position requires contacting, nurturing, and pursuing warm leads provided by the team

Bonus (Not Required, but a Plus)

• Pennsylvania real estate license

• Social media marketing experience

• AI-assisted content creation skills
